Baiba Kocina, is a member of JCI Latvia. Baiba is also a travel agent, and she organized very well and discounted travel for the Nordic group to the World Conference in Hammamet last year. Baiba was also COC director for the EPM In Riga this year.  Solveik – President of London has asked her to also extend her offer to the UK, something she has done.

Baiba traveled to Osaka earlier this year to find good and reasonable hotels for us, and has been heavily negotiating with the hotels and airlines to offer us these prices, you can find details on the link. The Senator hotel is one of the hotels she is offering.

It is possible to register for the conference through Baiba, if you do, then registration at the venue will be taken care of, and you will find your conference pack in your room upon arrival. Please note that the complete registration information for the conference (including Senator number, foundation membership etc) is collected at a later stage.
