JCI UK National Convention
26th – 28th November 2010, London
The convention will start about 1pm on Friday 26th November and go on until around 2pm on Sunday 28th November. The venue is the Park Crescent Conference Centre near Regent’s Park.
This event is being hosted by JCI London. This is a great opportunity for Senators to get to know members of JCI UK and see what you can do to help them with developing the organisation.
The Senate will be manning a promotional stall. Volunteers to contact Marretta.

JCI UK: SEMINARS, TRAINING AND BOARD MEETINGS
SENATORS: 11 AM WALK part 1 in PIMLICO and WESTMINSTER – understand the trying religious, educational, correctional and posh and slosh housing activities that marked London and the Empire. (No cost.)
12 PM LUNCH in one of London’s best kept local secret – GRUMBLES - this delightful place has excellent food and drink for everyone’s budget. It also prides itself as the origin of the miniskirt in the 1960s

2 PM WALK part 2 in PIMLICO – understand the achievement s of one of London’s greatest urban engineers, Thomas Cubitt, and see the sites of German bombings, Churchill’s residences, great urban housing projects, the great London flood, Princess Diana’s home outside home and many more noteworthy sites. (No cost.)
3.30 PM VISIT LONDON’S TATE BRITAIN museum or head towards London’s many shopping venues.
SATURDAY EVENING (BANQUET)
JCI UK and SENATORS enjoy an outstanding evening full of awards and fun on one of London’s iconic ships, The HMS President.
SUNDAY BRUNCH
12 PM Eat all you want with over 50 dishes to choose from at London’s most popular Thai venue, The Blue Elephant (Fulham Broadway station). We’ll reserve tables as soon as we know how many will join in. Expect excellent dishes, an unconventional ambience and some speeches throughout.
